I picked up the Trtl pillow from trtltravel.com before a long flight, mostly because I was tired of waking up with that awful stiff-neck feeling. it ended up helping more than I expected.
My head usually falls forward no matter what I do, but this kept it supported way better than the usual U-shaped pillows. It did take me a few minutes to figure out the best position, which was a little annoying at first, but not a big deal once I got it settled.

It’s also really light and didn’t take up much room in my bag. I wouldn’t say it’s some miracle travel fix or anything, but for keeping my neck from hurting, it worked really well. I’d buy it again.

I’ve used my Trtl pillow on a couple of flights now, and uh, overall it’s been good. Even in tighter economy seats, it fit fine and felt comfortable as long as the headrest was a standard shape.
